At RCW's big return PPV Reincarnation Juice became the Undisputed RCW Champion by defeating co-champion Stress! Also, State Of Emergency (911 Kid & Giggles The Clown) defeated 420 Boyz (Renegade & Kid Cannibus) to become new Tag Champions. As if two title changes werent enough for one show Twist defeated Lice in a quick match to become the new Intercontinental Champion! Heavyweight Title Is Split!
RCW's August PPV Big Gay Mess turned out in fact to be a Big Gay Mess (As far as the heavyweight title goes). After a double pin in the title match between Juice and then champion Stress RCW president Roy C. Williams decided to award the championship to BOTH men! How long will RCW go on having two leaders? Only time will tell.
