RCW Official Dan The Man opened the show informing the fans that RCW President Roy C. Williams has awarded a 2nd World Heavyweight Championship to Juice in light of what happened in the main event at Big Gay Mess. RCW now has 2 Champions!
The Carnival Of Carnage address the crowd to accept Juices new title and clear up some "unfinished business" without Psychopathic Kid! Juice is irate that Suicide (believed to be PK in a mask) almost cost him the match at Big Gay Mess. Then, Psychopathic Kid runs out like nothing happened. Just as Juice got in his face Suicides music hits and Suicide walks out! Finally we see Psychopathic Kid and Suicide togather. Even Psychopathic Kid looked amazed! This was enough evidence to prove to Juice they werent the same person but Juice vowed to destroy whoever was under that mask.
The Rookies vs. Hell On Earth The Rookies recieve their first RCW win in this non-title match. After the match, The Stress Clinic attacks Hell On Earth with Cheeze Wiz (and a chair).
Intercontinental Championship 3 Way Dance Lice (c) vs. Twist vs. Psychopathic Kid Lice wins with an Infection to Twist.
Next, Giggles The Clown addresses the crowd and says that even though he is a clown, he is to be taken seriously. To prove this, he will take the Heavyweight Title from his former mentor Stress.

After losing last week, Rival returned as the third Juggalo to join the C.O.C. After Lotus explains himself the Stress Clinic comes out to confront the Carnival. Stress states that tonight there will be an invitational Battle Royal to decide the # 1 contendor for his Heavyweight title. Then, Juice challenges the two Clinic members to an Elimination Tag match later tonight, The Carnival Of Carnage vs. The Stress Clinic along with a partner of their choice. Stress agrees.

Stress says that with his help, Lice will win the Intercontinental Championship.

Zero wins to retain the title After the match, Psychopathic Kid announces that he has a surprise for all the Fat Chicks and Gay people that make up the RCW fan base. At next weeks tapings, he will show us all what he means.
911 Kid and Apocalypse come to the ring but Apocalypse is now Renegade! They issue an open challenge to anyone in the back that wants a piece of these two Big Men of RCW. First, El Hefe comes out and quickly gets annihilated. Then, Violent Dave debuts in RCW only to quickly get defeated by the 2 men, much like El Hefe. Third, Stress comes out with Lice and orders Lice to attack. Lice quickly runs in and attacks the 2 with a baseball bat. He then gives Renegade The Infection followed by The Infection to 911 Kid off a ladder. He then pinned both men and celebrated with his mentor Stress.
